Video tapes are done in real time so the data is recorded and burned onto the DVD as the video is playing. There is no data to save at anytime so if you throw away your tapes and then lose/damage the DVD, we do not have a backup copy for you. It is recommended that you do this after you receive your order back.
8mm/Super8 reels converted in a different manner and as such are saved for 14 days after completion, after which time they are deleted. Please check your DVDs ASAP upon receipt. If there is problem with a disc, we may be able to simply burn a new DVD from the saved files. If the files have been deleted, the only option is to pay to have them retransferred.
