Your videos are private and we don't view videos sent to us, however we do have to view the beginning to ensure that it is not a copyrighted video to comply with Federal Copyright law and we'll randomly spot check the final DVD for quality assurance purposes.
The one exception is 8mm/Super8 reels. These must be constantly monitored by a technician to ensure proper playback speeds, focusing and cropping. If you have ever used a movie projector, you are aware that while the film may be all on one reel, it may be spliced together from many different original reels all shot slightly differently on different film. If left unmonitored, the image may shift during recording and thus produce a useless movie for you.
